First photovoltaic power station begins operation in Shaanxi

Shaanxi's first photovoltaic power station, which integrates farming and solar energy, has started to generate power in the city of Hanzhong. Phase I of the power station, covering a total area of 30 mu, or 2 hectares, and possessing an installed capacity of 1,000 kilowatts, has already been put into regular operation. The second phase, covering 100 mu, or 6.7 hectares, has an installed capacity of 4,000 kilowatts.
