On November 29, the signing ceremony of the financial investment fund of Pu’er City government and social capital cooperation (PPP) project was held. Deputy Mayor Zhang Ruolei of Municipal Government of Pu’er City attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. Vice President Gao Han of Agricultural Bank of China Yunnan Branch attended the ceremony.

This fund is the first PPP fund successfully set up by Yunnan Province. It marks that the PPP work in Pu’er City has made a milestone achievement.
