A new International Innovation Investment Platform (IIIP) was launched at the opening ceremony of the 1st International Industrial Capacity Cooperation Forum & 8th China Overseas Investment Fair, held in Beijing on Oct. 20.

The president of the ASEAN-China Young Entrepreneurs Association (ACYEA), Muzamir Mustafa, along with the chair of the board of China Volant Industry Company, Zhao Xiaolong, attended the opening ceremony.

Mustafa said that IIIP will be a significant bridge linking enterprises and innovation. He believes the platform will help young and promising entrepreneurs to solve the perennial problem of capital shortage. In addition, the platform will act as a channel for Chinese entrepreneurs to expand to the overseas market, especially that of ASEAN countries, Mustafa added.

Zhao noted that the platform, supported by the rich resources and favorable industrial system of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation, will take full advantage of the company's international operations, integrating international resources and promoting China's national strategy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
