A video got over 28 million views on Chinese microblogging platform shows a young man arguing with two traffic police officers, claiming he’s from a royal family in the Milky Way and if anyone dare to tow his vehicle, he would destroy the Earth.

The short clip was revealed taken in Huzhou, east China’s Zhejiang province. The local traffic police stopped a vehicle and found it had a record of 27 violations of traffic regulations. The 19-year-old driver then went off and tried to defend his car, “I will be outrageous if you tow my car. You know, I’m from a royal family from the Milky Way. No one dare to treat me like this, ever. If I’m pissed I will destroy the Earth!” said the young man to the traffic police.

It's unclear if the young man was in a stable mental condition when he was stopped. The vehicle was later on towed and a further investigation is underway.
