Swedish artist Cecilia Levy has found a new way to dispose of scrap papers – to turn them into dedicate paper artworks.

Levy used to be a book-binding worker, but now she is doing the opposite of her career by dissembling used books. She has created various artworks from these used materials, including teacups, saucers, dishes, and bowls. In her opinion, she endows the used books with a new and unique way to continue their narration. It is also an act to draw people’s attention back to paper books in an era where they are gradually replaced by e-books.
