The cost of parking in wrong place

A man surnamed Zhang (@ZHM) posted a photo on his Weibo which shows a car parked in front of a store near the No. 1 middle school in Changsha, Hunan province. The four wheels of the car are all removed and replaced by red bricks. Mr. Zhang assumed that the car could have affected the business of the store, saying it was the cost of parking in wrong place.
