U.S. Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton told U.S. Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) on Wednesday that she is against the Trans-Pacific Partnership, saying “there are still a lot unanswered questions" about the deal.
"What I know about it, as of today, I am not in favor", Clinton told PBS. “I don't believe it's going to meet the high bar I have set," said Clinton, referring to the origin of the deal she helped work on when she was U.S. secretary of State from 2009 to 2013.
Clinton also said she’s worrying about currency manipulation and losing American jobs, which might come together with the deal.
