Answer the following 10 simple questions and you can know your body condition.

1. Does your body composition reach the standard? (Answer "yes", 1 point)

Body composition refers to the total composition consisting of human tissues and organs. It is generally believed that the appropriate proportion of fat in total body weight for adult men is 12 to 22 percent and women is 20 to 30 percent.

2. Can you touch your toes without bending your knees? (Answer "yes", 1 point)

It shows a flexible body if you can do this.

3. Do you often lose your breath after doing sports? (Answer "no", 1 point)

4. Can you finish running two kilometers in 12 minutes? (Answer "yes", 1 point)

If you can run two kilometers in 12 minutes without a pale or purple face, oppressed feeling, weak legs, waist and knee pain and other symptoms, congratulations to you!

5. Do you need a long time to recover after exercise? (Answer "no", 1 point)

6. Can you hold a board and keep this posture for 1 minutes? (Answer "yes", 1 point)

Find a piece of board with two kilograms weight and hold the sides of it with arms stretched forward for one minute.

7. Do you have a rest at noon? (Answer "yes", 1 point)

8. Do you always feel nervous? (Answer "no", 1 point)

Score 9 to 10 is classified as "excellent". Score 7 to 8 is "good". Score 4 to 6 belongs to "pass". Score 3 or less is "poor" performance.

Excellent: Congratulations to you! It is difficult for you to have such a good body condition in this highly competitive environment. Please maintain current lifestyle and eating habits, meanwhile, spread the healthy concept to the people around you.

Good: These people maybe have unsatisfactory exercise tolerance and core muscles. Or they have mental stress, insomnia, forgetfulness caused by work pressure. Timely adjustment is effective.

Pass: People who score the result are in sub-health state. They need to lay the foundation in four areas. First, have a balanced diet and get rid of excess body fat. Eat more coarse food grains, cereals, fruits and vegetables. Second, keep a good sleeping habit. Do not eat food three hours before going to bed and do not play phone before sleep. Third, maintain good mentality and face up to the pressure. Fourth, do sports three times a week. The elderly can choose brisk walking, swimming, square dancing.

Poor: These people may have been suffering from certain chronic diseases. They need overall conditioning, timely medical treatment and strict diet management.
