Distinguishing pollution through smelling

Odor panelists collect samples in polluting enterprise. Through smelling, the odor concentration can be evaluated by an objective standard, which determines whether the peculiar odor is within the range of emission standard.

The decision of odor panelists has legal force. The enterprise will be ordered to take actions if the peculiar smell exceeds the limit.
