BEIJING, June 18 -- Chinese political advisors discussed fire control in construction projects on Thursday at a biweekly consultation meeting of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, presided over the meeting and exchanged ideas with advisors.
The political advisors suggested measures for improving examination and approval such as training for technical staff, standardized approval processes and criteria, better supervision of the approval authorities and routine checks.
