HONG KONG, Jan. 27 -- Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying made no comment on Tuesday when asked about the progress of a case in regard of his predecessor Donald Tsang who allegedly accepted hospitality from tycoons.

Director of Public Prosecutions of Hong Kong Keith Yeung said on Monday that local graft-buster Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) has completed probe into allegation that Tsang accepted inappropriate favors from local tycoons, including trips on luxury yachts and private jets.

Yeung told legislators that the government is closely liaising with ICAC and a decision on the next step will be made later.

When asked by the media about the allegation, Leung said he would not comment on an individual case.
