Is It 'Spontaneity' Or "Premeditation'?
This is the second commentary on the essence of and harm done by Falun Gong. The article runs in part as follows:
The Falun Gong organization keeps on saying that their gatherings in front of Party and government organizations and information departments were not organized in a unified way, but instead, the practitioners went there spontaneously through "passing on words from one person to another and from heart to heart". Iron-clad facts prove that these are a hypocrite's deceitful talks.
According to Zhang Shouqiang, head of the former general Falun Gong station in Shandong, the Falun Gong organization actually wanted to change the state of practitioners who originally did not have any resentment against the government and so finally lead them onto the antagonistic way of besieging Party and government office buildings and information departments.
Liu Shuwen, Jiao Lixun and Xu Jinfang, respectively deputy head, head and responsible member of the former general stations of Falun Gong in Beijing, Jilin and Tianjin, exposed that since 1998 sieges laid by Falun Gong practitioners to information departments and Party and government institutions were all carried out and gradually escalated under the direction and with the connivance of the Beijing "Falun Dafa Research Society". In April this year after the occurrence of the incident of illegal gathering by practitioners in front of the Tianjin Teachers' University, the practitioners planned to appeal to the central authorities and solicit help from their counterparts in Beijing.
Then Liu Shuwen called a meeting of responsible members of Falun Gong practice spots in Beijing's Dongcheng District, calling on the participants to pass on the matter about going to Zhongnanhai to every practitioner.
Through quick, smooth modern liaison tools, notice of the Falun Dafa Reserch Society, if any, will be quickly passed on level by level to general stations, substations, coach stations and practice spots in various localities. Wang Huazhong, former head of Falun Gong Beijing's Miyun coach station, exposed by saying that responsible members of over 30 practice spots in Miyun County held a meeting on the afternoon of April 24, and the instruction about going to Zhongnanhai the following day was passed on to every practitioner. Honest people can easily see that Falun Gong frequently organized trans-departmental, trans-regional and trans-provincial large-scale sieges and gatherings, and even launched unified national activities antagonizing society and the government.
So Falun Gong has become a mortal malady of our society, if it were not firmly banned in time, to what extent would Falun Gong create disturbances? The organizer of the 10,000-strong illegal gathering around Zhongnanhai was well aware of the nature and purpose of this activity launched on April 25 without filing advance application to and obtaining approval from the Ministry of Public Security. On July 22, Falun Gong practitioners again rallied in front of the Sichuan provincial government office building, their method was exactly the same as the illegal gathering around Zhongnanhai. What great attention they had paid to the study of "the tactics of struggle"! Would there be such "spontaneous action" of repeated gatherings in the world? To hell with the "argument of spontaneity"! Plotting behind closed doors, transmitting orders through internet and deploying forces at stations and spots, that was the inside story about the Falun Gong repeated gatherings and encirclements.
