Chinese FM Leaves Singapore for Home
Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan left for home on July 28 after attending the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF), the Post Ministerial Conference (PMC) and the ASEAN-China dialogue meeting in Singapore.
During the meetings, Tang explained to the participants, including ASEAN members and ASEAN dialogue partners, the Chinese government's stand on a range of international and regional issues, including Sino-ASEAN relations and the future development of ASEAN.
On the sidelines of the meetings, Tang also met with foreign ministers from 16 countries and Papua New Guinea's special envoy to the ASEAN meetings.
ASEAN's 10 dialogue partners, among them China, Japan, the United States, Russia and the European Union, attended the ARF and PMC.
