Chile Garden is established on an
estate of 1,200 square m., which is designed to demonstrate the Chilean gardening art and
cultural features. The entrance is flanked by palm trees that are arranged in a
semi-circle and the main road is shadowed by grape trellises that stretch along it.
Potatoes, tomatoes and chili peppers from South America are growing in the garden. A
Chilean cottage in the style of a church of the colonial times stands in the garden. On
the northeast tip of the garden an islet has been made on which stand the models of Easter
Island human-like stone statues. |
