A compound of 760 square m. in area, Austria Garden highlights the theme of music. A sculpture of Strauss playing violin oversees the plaza from the center is set up in commemoration of the 100th anniversary (1899--1999) of the death of the musician. Four treble clefs made of steel and flowers marked each of the 4 corners of the compound. Visitors¡¯ tour of the garden is often accompanied by the melodious waltz composed by Strauss. ¡¡ | |
