Qinghai

--The ˇ°Origin of All Riversˇ± Garden

This garden covers a 1,025-square-m. tract of land. The mountains and rivers in the garden symbolize the scenery of the region where the Yellow River and the Yangtze River originate. The building complex includes homes of the Sala Nationality, Tu Nationality, the Tibetan and the Muslim inhabiting Qinghai. With the Sun and Moon Pavilion, lunlun, oxhead sculpture and weisang in the garden reflecting the folklore of Qinghai, the garden gathers some plateau plants such as wingceltis, spruce, Chinese juniper and lilac in an attempt to show the unique plateau features of Qinghai. qinghai.jpg (15557 bytes)
