The Chu Garden

hubei.jpg (18528 bytes) The Chu Garden is established on a compound 1,145 square m. in area with a pond shaped in the geographical territory of Hubei province at the center. Sitting to the east of the pond is a pavilion that houses an imitation of the ancient group bells. The gateway, the sculptures and other designs all remind one of the Chu-Han times in history. Lotus is the main ornament in the garden against the background of Hubei dawn redwood and other plants. The primitively plain garden demonstrates an indigenous style of culture.
