--The Guangdong Sunshine Garden
This garden occupies a tract of land 1,518 in area and
is arranged like a traditional Southern China garden. The garden has hills and ponds
created out of the physical landforms of the ground with the ship-shaped hall as the
center. The sub-tropical plants by lakes and creeks and the sculptures scattered amidst
them bring out the ˇ°graceful brillianceˇ± of the Southern culture and the ˇ°elegant
beautyˇ± of the Southern gardening.
