ASEAN Reaffirms "One China" Policy

SINGAPORE, July 24 (Xinhua) -- The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) reaffirmed Saturday its adherence to the one China policy.

"We reaffirmed our commitment to our 'one China policy'," said a joint communique issued at the end of the 32nd ASEAN Ministerial Meeting (AMM) here.

The two-day AMM was attended by all the 10 ASEAN foreign ministers.

ASEAN groups Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Laos, Myanmar, Brunei, Thailand and Cambodia.
