Dongguan, the Chinese city best known for its processing services,

From January to June, the city also signed contracts with overseas investors for 676
projects, up 7.99 percent, and overseas investment reached 730 million U.S. dollars, up by

In the first six months, the city also had wide increases in both retail sales of consumer
commodities and investment in fixed assets.
Inspired by growing investments, consumption, and export, Dongguan had a GDP increase of
17.2 percent from January to June this year, 2.1 percentage points more than that of last
year, and 7.6 percent more than that of Guangdong Province. |
