HK-TVB, CCTV Team up Joint Venture
Hong Kong-Television Broadcasts Ltd. (HK-TVB) and China Central Television (CCTV) lately singed an agreement in Beijing on jointly establishing a joint venture in Hong Kong.
As reported, the HK-TVB and CCTV will hold a share of 60 and 40 percent and appoint their President and Vice President of the joint venture respectively.
According to the agreement, CCTV TV program and TVB8, TVB Xinghe, and TVB Satellite will be released by HK-TVB's overseas satellite and other networks,.
