Shanghai Int'l Performance Program Fair Fruitful

More than 300 agents from 20 countries and regions have signed 85 agreements during an international performance program fair.

Representatives from 12 famous festivals and more than 20 well-known performance agents from across the world participated in the three-day fair, which ended Saturday in Shanghai.

Traditional Chinese opera programs, such as Kunqu Opera "Banzhao", were popular at the fair and each won several orders from overseas agents.

The fair is part of the Third Shanghai International Art Festival which opened here Thursday and has 52 stage performances from 25 countries and regions and a series of art exhibitions and expositions.
