US Warplanes Bomb ICRC Clinic, Killing 10 to 15
Ten to fifteen Afghans were killed Wednesday while US warplanes bombed a clinic operated by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Kandahar, according to the Pakistan-based Afghan Islamic Press (AIP).
Quoting eye witness in Kandahar, the AIP said the ICRC clinic was located in Dand area in western Kandahar. The clinic and two other civilian residences were destroyed by the U.S. bombing.
