Fire Breaks Out at Nuclear Reactor Site in Japan
A Fire broke out Wednesday at the site of an experimental fast-breeder reactor in
Japan
's Ibaraki Prefecture, Kyodo News reported.
The fire broke out on the first floor of a maintenance facility which is separate from the experimental reactor and the possibility was ruled out of a radioactive leak or of fire spreading to the reactor, the report said.
