Top Officials Elected in Northeast China ProvinceThe first plenary session of the 9th Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) elected its new leadership Sunday.Wen Shizhen will continue to act as Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee, while Bo Xilai, Zhang Wenyue, Zhang Xingxiang, Sun Chunlan and Wang Weizhong were elected deputy secretaries.
