Shanghai to Establish Nanometric Industrialization Center
An industrialization center of nanometric technology will be established in this east China municipality within four years, sources said.
The Shanghai industrialization center of nanometric technology, which started construction here Sunday, includes a nanometric research and development center, an engineering center, and an information and planning center.
Sources said that some ten nanometric enterprises will be established in the center and several groups with an output totaling 200 million yuan will also be constructed within four years.
The planned projects to be constructed in the center cover such industries as new materials, energy, environmental protection, and bio-medicine.
