"Investigations are continuing and I cannot give information about him because the issue is not yet clear," said Muttaqi. According to the Afghan Islamic Press (AIP), a foreigner, looking like American or European, was arrested Friday night in Spin Boldak of southern Kandahar province near Pak-Afghan border.
