Anti-Terrorism on Top of Ibero-American Summit AgendaThe 11th Ibero-American Summit to be held on November 23-24 in Lima, Peru, will focus on analyzing the global campaign against terrorism and reviewing the achievements by the summit over the past ten years, Peruvian Foreign Minister Diego Garcia Sayan said Saturday in Lima.The minister closed-door meetings will be held to prepare documents for the heads of government or state to adopt. In an interview with Peruvian Radio Programas, Garcia Sayan said that on top of the agenda is how the Ibero-American countries face the threat of terrorism, specially after the deadly September 11 terrorist attacks on the United States.
