NPC Ratifies Sino-Russian Treaty on Good-Neighborliness, Friendship,Cooperation
The Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress (
NPC
) ratified a treaty on good-neighborliness, friendship and cooperation between China and
Russia
at its 24th meeting Saturday.
The treaty was signed by Chinese President
Jiang Zemin
and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin this July in Moscow.
