Vice President Urges Study of "Three Represent's" at Village LevelChinese Vice-President Hu Jintao urged Friday to accelerate the rural economy and increase farmers' income by organizing study on the thought of "Three Represent's" at the village level.Hu, also Standing Committee member of the Political Bureau, and member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, made the call in a teleconference held in Beijing Friday on studying the thought of "Three Represent's" in villages. Wen Jiabao, member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee and vice premier, also attended the teleconference and made a speech.
