The center promptly launched a rescue operation, asking nearby ships to search for the fishing boat and offer help, bureau sources said. At 10:50 on October 22, one ship arrived on the scene, followed by more salvage ships and military ships, but heavy rain and gale winds stopped them from finding the boat.
