Bai is also a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee Su Rong, 53, was appointed Secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Committee. He is also a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee. Su was then removed from his former position as deputy secretary of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee.
