Indonesian FM Hails Chinese Premier's Forthcoming Visit
Chinese Premier
Zhu Rongji
's upcoming visit to
Indonesia
could strengthen the relations between the two countries, Indonesian Foreign Minister Hasan Wirayuda said Friday.
"The visit has proved that the Chinese government fully supports President Megawati Soekarnoputri's cabinet," Wirayuda said.
In a short interview with Xinhua, Hasan said that the meeting on that level can also enhance the relationship between the leaders of the two countries.
The minister pointed out that boosting the trade between the two countries will be the main agenda of the visit.
Zhu Rongji is scheduled to visit Indonesia from December 4 to 11.
