Pak Refuses to Receive Bodies of Its Nationals Killed in Afghanistan: AIP
Pakistani authorities Wednesday morning refused to receive bodies of Pakistani nationals who were killed by the US bombing on Tuesday, according to Afghan Islamic Press (AIP).
According to AIP, eight dead bodies were dispatched to the Torkham check post on the Pak-Afghan border but Pakistani authorities refused to receive them from the Afghan side and sent them back to the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad.
The AIP said all the eight Pakistani were Mujahidin (Holy Warriors), who went to Afghanistan to take part in a Jihad (Holy War) against the U.S.-led coalition.
The dead bodies would be buried in Jalalabad shortly, said AIP.
