Implementation Outline on Ethic Building Issued
The Xinhua News Agency issued the China's "Implementation Outline on Ethic Building for Citizens " Wednesday, which points out that ethic building is a very important part of developing an advanced culture.
The 10,000-character implementation outline has eight parts including, "importance of ethic building for citizens", "main content of ethic building for citizens" and "providing legal support and policy guarantees for citizens' ethic building."
The outline says that socialist ethic building should make serving the people as its core with the basic demand of loving the motherland, people, labor, science and socialism.
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) issued a circular recently asking various departments and regions to carry out the "Implementation Outline on Ethic Building for Citizens."
The circular points out that under the new historical conditions, the socialist ethic system, which is in accordance with the socialist market economy, is very important for establishing normal social order, ensuring healthy development of the socialist market economy, improving the overall quality of the country's citizens, and pushing forward construction of socialist endeavors with Chinese characteristics.
