South Korean Unification Minister Hong Soon-young, a chief delegate to inter-Korean ministerial talks, proposed Monday to
DPRK
that the sixth ministerial talks be held in Pyongyang on Sunday.
Hong said in a telephone message to his DPRK counterpart Kim Ryong-song that the delayed exchanges of delegations of separated families should be a top agenda item of the proposed talks.
