Bush Meets Japanese Prime Minister

U.S. President George W. Bush met Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi here on Saturday, thanking Japan for supporting the United States in its campaign against terrorism.

Koizumi praised Bush for his "strong leadership to fight terrorism" in their meeting held on the sidelines of the 9th informal APEC economic leaders' meeting slated for October 20-21.
