New Zealand PM Arrives in Shanghai

Prime Minister Helen Clark of New Zealand arrived Thursday evening at the Shanghai Pudong International Airport. She will attend the Ninth Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders Meeting.
