Canada to Announce Multimedia Initiative for Capacity Building: MinisterCanada will announce a multimedia initiative at the forthcoming APEC informal economic leaders' meeting, Canadian Minister for International Trade Pierre Pettigrew said here on Wednesday.The five-year plan will be announced by Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien, who will come to Shanghai to attend the two-day APEC meeting slated for October 20-21, Pettigrew told Chinese reporters.
