ese Foreign Secretary Thapa, who came to attend the fourth-round of negotiations between the two foreign ministries.
Tang had friendly talks with Thapa, who had earlier exchanged views with Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi on China-Nepal relations and the present situation in South Asia.
