FM Spokesman: Visa Application Change Won't Affect Foreign Visitors
China makes necessary adjustment on granting visas during different periods due to "technical factors," as well as to secure the safety of the foreign visitors, said

spokesman Zhu Bangzao Thursday.
Zhu told a regular press conference that it is not true that

is could not get Chinese visas in the past ten days.
He said that the technical adjustment is not targeting any nation, and has no effect on the activities of foreign visitors.
He said that anyone who is invited and approved by the Chinese side can get visas and come to China to do their business.
