Police authorities from Macao, Hong Kong and Guangdong discussed how to further enhance cooperation in combating cross-boundary crimes and improving social order at a working meeting Tuesday.

They agreed to join hands in cracking down on stowaway, commercial crimes, cross-boundary crimes, drug deal, illegal gun business and perjury.

Police from the three places will share more intelligence, the authorities said.

Those who commit crime by utilizing different laws in Macao, Hong Kong and Guangdong will be arrested, they noted.

Macao has improved its public security to a great extent since it returned to the motherland at the end of 1999.
