CPC Taiwan Affairs Spokesman Condoles Taiwan's Typhoon Victims
A spokesman for the
Taiwan
Affairs Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council Wednesday expressed profound condolences to the victims of typhoon Nari that hit Taiwan in the past couple of days.
Some areas of Taiwan were hit by typhoon Nari in the past few days, resulting in serious losses of lives and property.
The spokesman conveyed his profound condolences to the victimized compatriots and deep sympathy to the large number of people in the disaster-stricken areas.
The mainland will provide all possible aid to people in the disaster areas while conveying a sincere wish for their homes to be rebuilt as soon as possible, the spokesman said.
