Police Thwart Hijacking Attempt at Kennedy Airport: ABC NEWS

Police stormed an American Airlines jetliner at Kennedy International Airport on Thursday, arresting three suspects believed to hijack planes, according to ABC News.

But New York transportation authorities said they could not comment on the report.

Friday morning, authorities arrested 10 suspects, and believed that they intended to hijack planes at New York area airports, which have been closed after the reported incidents.
