China's NMD Stand Not Changed: FM Spokesman
China's stand on the National Missile Defense (NMD) remains unchanged after the US was attacked, says Zhu Bangzao, Foreign Ministry spokesman on a news briefing September 13.
When asked " Don't you think the NMD under studies is of no use after the happening of the terrorist attacks?" Zhu answers that we have consistently opposed to international terrorism and our stand on NMD is explicit and remains unchanged.
