No French Victim Till Now, Says French Foreign Ministry
No French national is identified as victim of the terrorist attacks that hit the World Trade Center and Pentagon on Tuesday but it is proper to remain prudent concerning the toll, the French Foreign Ministry said Thursday.
"According to information we dispose of, we do not know any identified French victim ... We estimate that there are few French victims but it is proper to be most prudent," said Bernard Valero, spokesman of the ministry.
