"Health News" Marks 70th Anniversary in BeijingChina's oldest newspaper on health -- "Health News", celebrated its 70th birthday Wednesday.The newspaper was founded in Ruijin -- a revolutionary base in east China's Jiangxi Province in 1931, with Mao Zedong's "all for health of wounded people" as its original guideline. In the past decade, the editor office of the paper had also published the "Health Digest" newspaper and "People's Health" magazine. On celebrating its 70th birthday, the paper also launched activities to send doctors and medicine to those in remote poverty-stricken areas. |
