China to Issue 50 Billion Yuan Worth of Bonds
China will issue 50 billion yuan worth of treasury bonds from September 14 to November 13.
The
Ministry of Finance
said Wednesday that 35 billion yuan worth of the T-bonds will be three-year bonds, with an annual interest rate of 2.89 percent. The remaining 15 billion yuan will be five-year bonds, with an annual interest rate of 3.14 percent.
This will be the third batch of treasury bonds that China has issued to individual investors this year.
