will lead a delegation of the Chinese government to attend the special session of the United Nations General Assembly on Children that will be held in the headquarters of the United Nations in New York from September 19 to 21.
Chinese Foreign Ministry
spokesman Zhu Bangzao made the announcement at a routine press conference Tuesday.
