Milosevic Declines Hague ConsultantsFormer Yugoslav President Milosevic declined assistance from three lawyers assigned to serve as his consultants in law Thursday by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in the Hague, said the Telegraphic Agency of New Yugoslavia Friday.Milosevic's counsel Zdenko Tomanovich told the agency that Milosevic called from the Hague prison on Thursday to inform his decision on rejecting the three lawyers. The three lawyers are reported to be from Britain, Yugoslavia and Holland respectively and will offer help to Milosevic during the trial. Milosevic was arrested on April 1 and charged with abuse of power and corruption.
